Порядок предъявления претензий по качеству
1. If the Purchaser discovers any defects in the operation of the chip, he shall submit a written claim to the Supplier with a detailed description of the nature of the defect, as well as provide evidence of these defects, obtained by photo-video recording for a more detailed examination of the circumstances by the Supplier’s specialist. It is the Supplier’s responsibility in this case to determine the cause of the failure and to make a determination as to whether the failure is under warranty or not. The Supplier is obliged to give a detailed and reasoned decision within 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of comprehensive information from the Purchaser.

2. If the Supplier cannot make a decision and make such a conclusion remotely, i.e. without physical inspection and diagnostics of the microcircuit, the Supplier has the right to request the Buyer to send the microcircuit for inspection and diagnostics to its production site. In this case the Buyer is obliged to send the equipment to the Supplier’s production site, and the Supplier is obliged to pay the cost of delivery, conduct inspection, diagnostics of the chip and make a conclusion within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of receipt of the chip from the Buyer.
